1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BakeWish, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payment will be confirmed via WhatsApp after ordering
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

3. Delivery

• Delivery will be made on the date and time slot selected during checkout
• A minimum preparation time is required before delivery
• Delivery charges apply as displayed at checkout
• Incorrect delivery details may result in failed deliveries

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery
• Refunds for online payments will be processed within 5-7 business days
• COD cancellations do not incur any charges

5. Product Quality

• Cakes are perishable products and must be consumed within the recommended timeframe
• Store cakes in a refrigerator if not consuming immediately
• We are not responsible for quality issues once the cake has been delivered

6. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

7. Limitation of Liability

BakeWish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
